Things you may need to know!
Do I really need a web site?
We are obviously going to say yes! But when you give it some thought we are actually right. More and more people will use the Internet as their first port of call if they want goods or services. By not having a web site you are missing out on a potentially massive audience.
What else do I need?
A domain name and hosting. codeview will sort out both for you. They are both included for the first year your site is live, so it's one less thing to worry about.
Will the site need updating?
Constantly is the only real answer to that one. But it doesn't have to be expensive. Small tweaks to the site are all that is needed to keep it 'fresh'. This in turn can help with your search engine rankings. Updates are free for the first year with codeview.
I'm not a techy, how does that work?
All you would have to do is send us the new stuff for your site and we will update it for you.
What about adding additional pages?
You can add as many pages as you like. And at any time.
Won't that be expensive?
No. The main cost of any site is the initial design. As that will have been taken care of additional pages will actually work out as being very cost effective.
What if I want to take control?
You can. After the first year we will start charging you for hosting and updates. We will obviously tell you approximately how much this will cost. you can then decide what you nat to do. If you decide to take control of the site we can train you to do so.
How do people find the site?
Word of mouth is the best way. But there are things that codeview will do to help increase the chances of someone, anyone, finding your site. All of this is included in the cost of the site. we don't charge extra for it (unlike some companies).
What about site content?
That's down to you. We will of course advise if we don't think you are going in the right direction. But you know your business better than we do. We can also supply images if you don't have any (and those are free too).
What next?
Email or ring us for an informal chat about how to take things forward. We look forward to hearing from you.
